Fidelity
Every sentence in the note is traced back to the encounter audio. We flag fabricated exams, invented history, and dropped patient statements.
Ambient clinical AI scribes save documentation time, but unmonitored models introduce hallucinated physical exams, omitted contraindications, and claim denials. CertiFlow Health stress-tests LLMs against rigorous synthetic benchmarks certified by board-certified MDs, PharmDs, and PTs.
Pick a simulated ambient consultation note or paste your own unverified AI draft. Run the engine to see how our audit pods flag medication, billing, and fidelity risks.
A model only earns certification when it clears every dimension. Defects are graded on our deterministic S0–S4 clinical severity scale.
Every sentence in the note is traced back to the encounter audio. We flag fabricated exams, invented history, and dropped patient statements.
Board-certified physicians verify that assessments, differentials, and plans are clinically coherent and consistent with the findings documented.
Clinical pharmacists stress-test allergy conflicts, drug–drug interactions, renal dosing, and missing frequencies across thousands of synthetic regimens.
Physical therapists and coding specialists confirm medical necessity, measurable goals, and timed-code minutes so notes hold up to payer review.
Estimate the defects, denials, and safety events an unmonitored ambient scribe introduces across your organization each year.
Assumes 240 clinic days, a 1.5% certified defect ceiling, and $118 average rework or denial cost per defective note.
Automated rule engines catch patterns. Licensed clinicians adjudicate every edge case and sign off on each certification.
How CertiFlow evaluates ambient clinical AI without exposing patient data.
No. Certification runs entirely on synthetic encounters generated and validated by our clinician pods. Your model receives synthetic audio or transcripts, and we only evaluate its output. Nothing containing PHI is ingested or retained.
S0 means no defect. S1 is cosmetic, S2 creates compliance or billing exposure, S3 is a clinical risk that could change care, and S4 is a defect likely to cause patient harm. Any S3 or S4 finding blocks certification.
Primary care, urgent care, internal medicine, emergency medicine, outpatient rehab, and behavioral health are available today. Surgical and pediatric benchmarks are in validation.
Scope depends on the number of specialties and encounter types. Every engagement ends with a full defect report, remediation guidance, and a re-test before a certificate is issued.
Models drift. Certified vendors are re-tested on every major model release and sampled continuously through our telemetry pods so the certificate stays meaningful.
Book an enterprise certification audit. We'll scope your specialties, run your model through our synthetic benchmark, and deliver a clinician-signed defect report.
